The Bath Brew House, located in the historic heart of the city, offers a meeting venue with a difference thanks to its very own on-site micro-brewery. A brewery tour makes an ideal activity for a company away day and includes a brief history of beer, an introduction to the brewing process and a tutored tasting of the brewery’s own beer.
The Brew House’s elegant upstairs Tank Room, so named for the direct view it offers of the brewery’s fermentation tanks, seats up to 24 boardroom style and up to 40 in a theatre set-up. A projector and flipchart are provided, making the room perfect for meetings, conferences and training days. Hire fees are dependent on the time, length and type of booking, so contact the manager to discuss the function that you’re planning, or else submit a corporate hire enquiry via their website.
For a more informal gathering of up to 28 people, book a table in the Skittle Alley Dining Room, or for larger groups, hire the whole restaurant, which seats up to 60 people and provides views of the open kitchen and charcoal spit. The Bath Brew House has become known for its delicious homemade food, with a menu that features specialities from the rotisserie and smokehouse such as smoky ribs and spit-roasted chicken.
Thanks to its home-brewed ales and appealing selection of local guest beers, The Bath Brew House was awarded CAMRA City Pub of the Year 2015-16, and on a warm evening the huge suntrap garden is the perfect spot for after work drinks.
